
A linked type preform feeding star wheel disc, with the oven and star wheel disc linked, reliable and stable one-on-one preform feeding, ensuring that there is no omission of preforms.


Transfer system: the mandrel goes 1 by 1, running smoothly and continuously.


Ceramic refection board system: adopt Swiss ceramic reflection board to achieve high reflection efficiency, save power and high efficiency.

Change pitch system
After the preform comes out of the oven, the variable pitch screw quickly changes pitch from the preform distance (38.1mm) to the required (80mm) for blowing the bottle mold. The screw rotates 360 degrees (compared to traditional back and forth variable pitch), reducing wear and noise, making the equipment faster and more stable.
Stretch unit
servo motor driven, gear and rack system to achieve high speed.


Combination high-pressure blowing valve
The valve body operates sensitively and has a fast response speed, with a short blowing time cycle, increasing production capacity and reducing energy consumption.


Clamping unit: 4 platen double servo motors drives the reducer for clamping and opening, bottom cam system works together for mold open and close.

Bottle Out System
1. Adopting upper and lower blowing structure to ensure that the bottle enters the air duct quickly and smoothly.
2. A separate air supply structure with universal wheels installed at the bottom for faster movement in and out, making it convenient for quick mold replacement.
Air intake system
The air source cooling water is centralized at the inlet, avoiding disorderly external pipelines. The entire set adopts Japanese SMC components, making the air source more stable.


Bottle Mold
Made of 7075 aluminum material, the product is smooth and glossy. The entire set of molds adopts large water channels to accelerate cooling water circulation, reduce blockages, and accelerate product shaping, increasing production efficiency.
