1. High temperature alarm for light box water channel.
Solution: Disassemble the rubber tube connected to the water channel, and use low-pressure air and alcohol to purge and clean the water channel.
2. Gripper failure
Solution: Adjust the height of the sliding table or the position of the gripper.
3. The action is stuck.
Solution: restart the machine.
4. Cannot manually origin
Solution: Check whether the shifting of the first gripper, the shifting of the second gripper and the variable pitch positioning plate is stuck to the corresponding position, if not, manually make them stuck to the corresponding position, and then the origin.
5. The action is not in place
Solution: Check if there is something stuck. Adjust the gas flow valve.
6. Exhaust sound is too loud
